We had a very nice stay in this brand-new hotel. The staff has always been very attentive, and the facilities were pretty nice. The food was great and served in the bar. No complaints whatsoever, liked this place and strongly recommend.

Everything was perfect, personnel was very attentive. Stayed in a spacious well appointed and newly remodelled room that was not cleaned properly floors felt dirty underfoot. The unique decor and an extremely comfy bed made such a really nice stay. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, at a short distance from Hill Auditorium Music Venue. The area was downtown really close to the Stadium as well as shops, bars, and restaurants, Ann Arbor and great restaurants.

The friendly service and the attention to detail! The room I booked was cleaned without changing the towels everyday and available with the bathroom, coffee. The location was marvellous and amazing, not very far from Block M.

Excellent facilities in general, marvellous location in the center of the college town. Also - close enough to all shops bars restaurants and Kerrytown, the Stadium, and park. Lots of options for breakfast in the bar.

This was a good stay for Art Fair visit. We ate in the bar and the food was great. The location was perfect and magnificent, relatively close to Hill Auditorium Music Venue.

The room was reasonably large and unique, there was a nice bathroom. The location was great, for example, Block M was not too far away from the hotel. The jewel in the crown was polite and welcoming staff.

Great location to an American football stadium. Excellant stuff members, newly decorated rooms with coffee, an incredible view of beautiful plus quality furnishings.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown area, with the main street just a 10-minute walk away. This makes it easy to explore the vibrant city and enjoy its numerous attractions. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can also enjoy the facilities such as the coffee counter and bar, adding to the overall experience.

It is worth noting that the hotel does not offer breakfast as part of the package, which may be an inconvenience for some guests.

Location was the only positive

Very small room, no coffee pot, no frig, room way too expensive for what was available, not competetively priced, restaurant was way too expensive for the quality of the food

We had room which had a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities and was spacious well appointed and brand-new.

Arrived in town looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time, and this hotel served as the perfect home base for our activities, with friendly and efficient valet service, comfortable beds and pillows, and the convenience of on-site parking.

I think the bathroom needed upgrading

Friendly staff. They scraped the windshields and cleared snow off of my car in sub zero temperatures. It was so unexpected but so nice of the staff do that for every car in the parking lot.
